For the past 20 years as a Pastor it has been my privilege to teach, counsel, build teams, and grow a church, but mentoring men and encouraging other pastors has towered above anything else. Working with the spiritual leaders of today and investing in those who will bear the burden of expanding Jesus’s influence in the future – this fires me up more than anything.
