- Listen. You do not need to comment on everything. Listen more than you speak. The first duty of love is to listen. Paul Tillich
- Apologize. It’s ok to say other people are right and that you’ve made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes.
- Ask for feedback. Be open to what others say.
- Recognize. Be quick to give credit to others.
- Ask for help. Few things communicate more powerfully than asking for help.
